Durring class we read a section that talked about what someone would do if they were a cop, and it brought up several issues that that person faces when on the road. So, I started thinking about the things that people on Guam do, that are not exactly traffic friendly. These things can include not following the speed limit, with people going from forty to over sixty miles an hour, and the supposed stop that some people do where they slow down, look left and right, then just press on their gas as they go past the stop sign. Then there are the people who see a yellow light, and speed up so that they do not have to stop. There are these thing, and others, that happen on Guam, that are not necessarily traffic friendly.
(Yellow does not mean speed up, but slow down.)
Perhaps you are correct. They call those instances "folkways" on Guam. I am sure you probably do not do those things, but you do make it bright for them. :)
